Definitely just ate a whole bag of turkey jerky.

And I’m not even sorry. It was delicious.

Today is Day One of Dopey training and as per usual I was running late. Instead of skipping breakfast I grabbed the bag of turkey jerky.

And proceeded to eat all four servings.

Still, four servings comes out to be 240 calories, 0 fat, and 44 grams of protein.

I could’ve easily done much, much worse.

I just did something really stupid… I signed up for the Dopey Challenge. 

That’s a 5k on Thursday, 10k on Friday, half marathon on Saturday, and a full marathon on Sunday. 

4 days. 48.6 miles. 6 medals. 

I have until January to train and get in shape. 

BRING IT.

Just run!

OMG THIS! I used to think everyone in the world was staring at me when I ran on the street but I realized 1) I never notice runners and if I do I’m usually preoccupied and don’t care about them because why would I? and 2) people watching you are in their cars driving somewhere, not running, and most likely don’t run or get the exercise they should, so even if they notice you, who cares what they think? Just run!!!

This is Danni, with hard work and sweat and tears she lost 95 pounds in three months on biggest loser and gained a total of 18 pounds of muscle!!! She is an inspiration. She has struggled like a lot of us who have been overweight for all or some of our lives. Danni is absolutely beautiful and she deserves to win this season of Biggest Loser. Good luck girl!
