Definitely just ate a whole bag of turkey jerky.
And I’m not even sorry. It was delicious.
Today is Day One of Dopey training and as per usual I was running late. Instead of skipping breakfast I grabbed the bag of turkey jerky.
And proceeded to eat all four servings.
Still, four servings comes out to be 240 calories, 0 fat, and 44 grams of protein.
I could’ve easily done much, much worse.
